tenacious animal

For the first time in five years...i missed a month of blogging. while this is most likely a sign of: less idle time, more solid priorities, perhaps and perhaps only, less pathological narcissism...i doubt that any of those are truly likely. yes, i was living life. yes, a month just sort of slipped by, yes i was otherwise preoccupied, but, enduranceanimal was never really in danger.

i had previously thought that the death of enduranceanimal would bring some kind of shift in the cosmic order for me, and i feared that just like constipation, a shift in my regularity would herald the beginning of the end, as it turns out, none of those things are true.

just like "the metal", enduranceanimal is a beast with lasting power, as it turns out.

i hope that anyone who actually reads this entry enjoys the above track by tenacious d. it is one of my more favourite recent training songs.
